Short summary of the interview: We emphasize the need for applicant tracking software companies to create software that is easy-to-use, on-demand, and customizable by the user, without the need for pulling in a single geek. Our model is to create modularized software – so you only pay for, are trained on, and see what you want, when you want it. This creates software easily molded to each customer, and saves time and money.
