What is your experience with using an applicant tracking system? It’s nice to have access to all applications right at the computer and to be able to look at notes or see if another department/program is also considering, or has hired, the applicant.
What is your favorite myStaffingPro feature? It’s nice to be able to e-mail the applications to hiring managers for review. I like that it is a paperless process until the person is invited to an interview.
What would you say to other HR professionals about myStaffingPro? MSP requires little time to learn and is very easy to use. Amy is an excellent lifesaver! She has been great at providing service and assistance when needed!
