Comparing Apples

If you remove the fancy graphics from an applicant tracking system, what remains is the “nuts and bolts” of the system.  These “nuts and bolts” include the system’s processes, reports, and functionality.  This technology is what truly makes one applicant tracking system stand out from another.   However, according to a popular technical analyst, “all applicant tracking systems are virtually the same”.
