Some of you might not be surprised that I went through an ever so slight Creed phase in High School and College. Although the song has a deeper life meaning, I’ve heard a lot recently about what is to come in HR Technology.
For example, the latest research from Aberdeen Group, “Talent Acquisition Strategies 2009: Cutting Through the Clutter and Proactively Managing Quality Candidates,” reveals that 43% of organizations anticipate their talent acquisition efforts will increase over the next six months.
