How has myStaffingPro affected your processes (i.e. cost effectiveness, time to fill, etc.) Presently in the process of analyzing; however, it is a very convenient way of keeping resumes organized in an easy-to-access fashion.
What is your favorite myStaffingPro feature? Easy ability to email qualified candidates/resumes directly to hiring manager. I also like the fact that I can create qualifying questions to each requisitions to easily weed out unqualified candidates!
