A Review of myStaffingPro ATS by NEFCU

We asked recruiter, Alice Seidman, from NEFCU what she thought about myStaffingPro applicant tracking system.  Please read her responses to our brief survey below.

What is your experience with using an applicant tracking system? Posting job requisitions and accessing daily to view submitted applications.  Entering statuses on candidates.

How long have you been using myStaffingPro? Year

How has myStaffingPro affected your processes (i.e. cost effectiveness, time to fill, etc.) Presently in the process of analyzing; however, it is a very convenient way of keeping resumes organized in an easy-to-access fashion.

What is your favorite myStaffingPro feature? Easy ability to email qualified candidates/resumes directly to hiring manager. I also like the fact that I can create qualifying questions to each requisitions to easily weed out unqualified candidates!

What would you say to other HR professionals about myStaffingPro? If you’re looking for an easy-to-use and affordable applicant tracking system with recruiting, tracking and reporting functions – backed by excellent customer service always there to answer your questions – check out myStaffingPro!

With all the time you have saved since using MSP, what do you do with your extra time? (We promise we will not tell your boss!  )  There’s no spare time!  I am too busy screening, interviewing, and following up with candidates who submit resumes, daily through MSP!
